TRAINING

At CEDHA, we are dedicated to providing knowledge and skills to individuals, communities, businesses, and governments regarding the transition to a more sustainable and equitable energy system.

The objectives of training in Fair Energy Transition are:

Awareness: Informing about environmental challenges associated with fossil fuel dependency and the importance of adopting renewable energy sources.
Technical training: Providing technical knowledge on sustainable technologies and practices in the energy sector, including solar, wind, hydroelectric power, energy efficiency, and storage, among others.
Skill development: Cultivating practical skills that enable individuals to actively participate in the implementation and maintenance of sustainable energy solutions, including local workforce training in the lithium industry.

We are also committed to providing specialized training to host communities in the Lithium Triangle, aimed at strengthening their knowledge and skills to address challenges and seize opportunities in the transition to a more sustainable energy system in the region.

To achieve this, we collaborate with various institutions such as schools, universities, businesses, governments, and scientific institutions to conduct these specialized trainings, ensuring a comprehensive and collaborative approach to promoting education in energy transition.

This comprehensive and collaborative approach is essential to drive education in energy transition and promote sustainable and equitable development in the Lithium Triangle and beyond.
